Homemade Chicken Soup
Kimberly’s Classic Homemade Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
- 4 lg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts (do not slice)
- 2 C. Chicken broth
- 8 C. Water
- 1/4 tsp Garlic
- 2 C. Green Beans
- 1 C. Carrots, diced
- 1 Parsnip, Diced
- 2 Celery stalks, Diced
- 1 tsp. Parsley
- 2 tsp. Sea Salt
- Cracked Pepper to taste
- 1/8 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
Process:
- Dice vegetables
- Put all of the ingredients in your Crock-pot
- Cook for 6-8 hours on low heat and enjoy the smells in your home
- Remove chicken breasts from Crock-Pot with tongs and shred
- Return to the crock pot, stir gently and serve
