4 ingredient Banana bombs (Dairy and Egg Free)

As Jackson is beginning to transition from Pureed foods to solid foods, I’ve been working in the kitchen to make him easy meals. I often find myself giving him whatever I am eating so I need his food to taste good too.
I’ve gotten back into a good workout routine and have been focusing on healthy nutrition for fueling my workouts. (It’s almost beach season people!)
Since Jackson is loving all my attention, I don’t have a ton of time to stand in the kitchen and make advanced meals- I am queen of pre-prep and easy meals now! My freezer is stocked with frozen meals and the fridge has easy to grab items ready for us to throw together at a moments notice.
I decided to play around with a simple protein packed food for Jacksons meals, Hubby’s breakfast and my workout fuel.
Here are our 4 ingredient Banana Bombs! (Dairy Free, Egg Free)

2 Bananas
1 Cup Almond meal (works with finely chopped almonds too)
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips (optional- I don’t add these to Jackson’s batch)

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
Pour into well greased mini muffin pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

We’ve also been enjoying raspberries!! Jackson devours them as a side but also loves seeing them floating in his water.
