Paleo Honey Biscuit
These quick and easy biscuits are perfect for school lunches, a side for your hearty soup and all your biscuit needs.
- 2 Cups Almond Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 4 Tbsp. Grass- Fed Butter or Coconut Oil Melted
Preheat oven to 350 degress
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined
Place a liner on a cookie sheet (I use silpat)
Scoop biscuit sized batter onto the sheet
Bake for 12 minutes or until biscuits are lightly goldenS
Freeze these biscuits for a quick on the go option! Great for lunches and breakfast sandwiches.

Pumpkin everything season is almost here! The best part about this season for me, this recipe right here. Going Paleo doesn’t mean we have to sacrifice the exciting parts of the pumpkin food season. This is my favorite pumpkin recipe and probably one of my favorite baked goods that I’ve ever created.
Open your windows and doors, light your pumpkin candles and wrap up in a blanket to enjoy these pumpkin waffles.
Gluten- free and Paleo approved Waffles! Welcome fall with these easy to make pumpkin spice waffles.
- 3 Eggs
- 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- 2 Tbsp Almond Milk
- 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
- 2 Cups Almond Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Coconut oil for Greasing Waffle maker
- Drizzle with Maple Syrup Optional
- Sprinkle with Cinnamon Optional
- Top with a little Kerrygold Butter Optional
Combine all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl, stir until well blended
Plug in waffle maker and allow it to warm
Generously grease waffle maker with oil of choice ( I use coconut oil).
Place 1 scoop of batter onto waffle maker and cook according to your maker. (Every maker is different, I cook mine for a double round to make them a little crispy on the edges).
Grease maker after each use and repeat process until batter is gone.
Top with cinnamon, butter and syrup. Enjoy every bite!

Vegan Butternut Squash Noodles (Think Ramen Style)
- 3 Cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 Cup Red pepper Sliced
- 1/2 Cup Mushrooms Diced
- 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- 1 Butternut squash Spiraled
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Oregano
In a saucepan, add vegetable broth, mushrooms, peppers, salt, pepper, garlic and garlic powder.
Stir and bring to a rapid boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Add Fresh Oregano, Fresh parsley and Spiraled butternut squash
Simmer for another 5 minutes or until noodles are tender.
