Ingredients:
Process:
1.) Brown Meat in a pan, Drain well
2.) Pour Tomato sauce, paste and meat in Crock Pot.
3.) In a food processor- chop each Peppers, Veggies, Chili’s (can hand chop too) and Add to Crock-pot.
4.) Add spices and seasonings to Crock-Pot.
5.) Mix well and allow to cook on High for 2 hours or on low for 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 350F
Ingerdients:
1/2 c. Coconut Flour
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
6 eggs
1/2 TBS Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 c. Maple Syrup
1/3 c. Coconut oil (unrefined)
1/2 c. Ripe Banana (about 1 1/2 banana’s)
1 c. Dark Cocolate chips (or regular chocolate chips if non-paleo)
1/2 c. Chopped Nuts if desired
Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl.
Combine all wet ingerdients in a mixing bowl and mix with a hand mixer.
Once it is well blended, add dry ingerdients (except chocolate or nuts)
Blend well and then mix in Chocolate and nuts with a spoon.
Pour into Muffin pan- (lightly greased or use muffin papers).
Bake for 20min or until toothpick comes out clean.
