Ingredients:<\/p>\n

• 4 chicken breasts<\/li>\n
• 1 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n
• 1 teaspoon pepper<\/li>\n
• 1 teaspoon garlic<\/li>\n
• 1 teaspoon chili powder<\/li>\n
• 1\/2 teaspoon cumin<\/li>\n
• 1\/2 teaspoon Paprika<\/li>\n
• 1\/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes<\/li>\n
• 1 Red pepper<\/li>\n
• 1 yellow pepper<\/li>\n
• 2 Cups Chicken stock or Water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Process:<\/p>\n

  1. Place all ingredients except the peppers in your crockpot and cook on low heat for 3 1\/2 hours.<\/li>\n
  2. Slice and chop red and yellow peppers.<\/li>\n
  3. Add peppers to the crockpot and cook for another 1\/2 hour.<\/li>\n
  4. Serve with lettuce, tomato, fresh salsa, your favorite guacamole and your favorite Mexican toppings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     We followed up with a little dessert platter to watch the ball drop and bring in the New Year!<\/p>\n
