- 3 lb Venison Roast<\/li>\n
- 2 TBSP. Coconut Oil<\/li>\n
- 1\/2 Green Pepper, diced<\/li>\n
- 15 oz. Can of Tomato Sauce<\/li>\n
- 5 1\/2 Cups of Water<\/li>\n
- 1 TBSP Tapioca Flour<\/li>\n
- 1\/2 tsp. Celery Seed<\/li>\n
- 1\/2 tsp. Onion Powder<\/li>\n
- 1 Tbsp Salt<\/li>\n
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper<\/li>\n
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder<\/li>\n
- 1\/2 tsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped<\/li>\n
- 1 Parsnip<\/li>\n
- 1 cup Carrots, chopped<\/li>\n
- 1 Celery Stalk, chopped<\/li>\n
- 1 cup Kale, chopped<\/li>\n
- 2 cups Peas or green beans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

<\/a>Brown Venison and Green Peppers<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n Process:<\/p>\n

- Cut off all of the membrane and gristle from the Venison roast. Cut the roast into 1 inch cubes<\/li>\n
- Dice half of a Green Pepper<\/li>\n
- In a Skillet, brown Venison, Green Pepper and Coconut oil<\/li>\n
- In a Crock Pot, add Tomato sauce, Water and Tapioca Flour, whisk well<\/li>\n
- Add the spices and whisk well<\/li>\n
- Chop Vegetables and add all of the vegetables to the Crock Pot and stir<\/li>\n
- Add cooked Venison and Peppers to the crock pot<\/li>\n
- Add 2 Tbsp. of the pan juices<\/li>\n
- Stir and cook on low for 5\u00a0hours<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
