\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>1 cup milk (raw, organic or coconut)<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>2 teaspoons vanilla extract<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>1\/2 cup coconut flour<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>coconut oil or butter for frying<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>1\/2 tsp Cinnamon<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Optional: 1 c. Fresh Blueberries, fruit of your choice or Chocolate chips<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

Process:<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Beat eggs in a bowl until well blended<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Add in Vanilla and Milk, mix well<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Add in the rest of the ingredients, mix until no lumps are left. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Optional- You can add in fresh fruit or chocolate for extra flavor-stir gently with a spoon.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Grease a skillet and pour small pancakes in. Cook on medium heat until lightly browned.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
