Tonight all I wanted was BREAD and chocolate. So I saw my bananas rotting away and thought..hmmm chocolate covered bananas? Nope, Banana bread with chocolate- YES!<\/p>\n

Preheat oven to 350F<\/strong>
Ingerdients:
1\/2 c. Coconut Flour
1\/2 tsp Sea Salt
1\/4 tsp Baking Soda
6 eggs
1\/2 TBS Vanilla Extract
1\/2 tsp Cinnamon
1\/2 c. Maple Syrup
1\/3 c. Coconut oil (unrefined)
1\/2 c. Ripe Banana (about 1 1\/2 banana’s)
1 c. Dark Cocolate chips (or regular chocolate chips if non-paleo)
1\/2 c. Chopped Nuts if desired<\/p>\n

Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl.
Combine all wet ingerdients in a mixing bowl and mix with a hand mixer.
Once it is well blended, add dry ingerdients (except chocolate or nuts)
Blend well and then mix in Chocolate and nuts with a spoon. <\/p>\n

Pour into Muffin pan- (lightly greased or use muffin papers).
Bake for 20min or until toothpick comes out clean. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
