See ya later Anemia and Higher LDL<\/b>! These are the results of my recent Blood work. My LDL<\/b> was 138  my HDL<\/b> was 53 and my Blood sugar was too low before. My BMI<\/b> went from overweight to being normal. My blood pressure is a little high- but my doctor said that mine fluctuates so much that she isn’t worried about it. The last few times I got it checked it was 120\/82, 133\/76, 111\/80 etc.. I just got nervous and it is never consistent! I feel GREAT!

Green checks for good, yellow checks for marginal and red exclamation marks for bad (We didn’t get any of them!).<\/p>\n What does this mean? <\/b><\/i><\/span> This means Brandon and I are fully in love with our new lifestyle change. The energy we both have and the way we feel, the weight we lost- I think we will continue with the way we are eating now.
