I had some leftover oranges from last weeks photo shoot so I got inspired to try something new and fun for dinner. I also found a great way to make squash from my garden- I have so much that I am willing to experiment!<\/p>\n

Orange Ginger Chicken<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n

• 4 Chicken Breasts<\/li>\n
• Sea Salt, Pepper to taste<\/li>\n
• 1\/2 tsp. Ginger<\/li>\n
• 1\/4 tsp. Cumin<\/li>\n
• 1 Orange<\/li>\n
• Olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Process:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees<\/li>\n
  2. Place chicken on a greased cookie sheet.<\/li>\n
  3. Sprinkle all 4 breasts with some olive oil, salt, pepper, ginger and cumin. Use a brush to spread the spices all over the chicken.<\/li>\n
  4. Repeat step 3 on the other side of the chicken.<\/li>\n
  5. Squeeze a 1\/4 of an orange’s juice on all 4 breasts and top with a thin orange circle.<\/li>\n
  6. Bake for 35 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     Baked Squash<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

     Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n

     • Squash<\/li>\n
     • Butter<\/li>\n
     • Salt and Pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

       Process:<\/strong><\/p>\n

       \n
       1. Cut the squash in half and throw it on the same cookie sheet as the chicken.<\/li>\n
       2. Bake for 45 minutes<\/li>\n
       3. Remove the seeds and then scoop out the meat onto a plate.<\/li>\n
       4. Top with as much Butter, salt and pepper as your taste buds like and enjoy!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
