Coaching people on how to eat paleo is easy, until they have to pack lunches. That seems to be the breaking point for my momma Paleo warriors.<\/p>\n

It is all about being prepared and making things easier.<\/p>\n

Check out these easy, quick snack ideas:<\/p>\n

First some tips:<\/p>\n

1. Make in advance<\/li>\n
2. Freeze or refigerate snacks ahead of time.<\/li>\n
3. Bag, tupperwaror pre-package ahead of time.<\/li>\n
4. Be prepared!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

   Classics:<\/strong><\/p>\n

   \n
   • Almonds, nuts, dried fruits (in moderation), Make your own Paleo approved trail mix<\/li>\n
   • Veggies and fruits<\/li>\n
   • Hard boiled eggs (make a dozen on Sunday, peel them and refrigerate for a quick grab snack)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     Some of my favorite recipes, new ideas\u00a0\u00a0and pinterest ideas: <\/strong><\/p>\n

     • Beef Jerky or meat sticks (try to make your own<\/a>, get them from a butcher or order them <\/a>so they are nitrate free, sugar, gluten\u00a0and soy free- read the labels!)<\/em><\/li>\n
     • Honey nut cereal\u00a0<\/a><\/li>\n
     • Apple Muffins<\/a><\/li>\n
     • Nut butter and veggies to go <\/a><\/li>\n
     • Kale, Carrot,veggie or Banana Chips<\/a><\/li>\n
     • Fruit Roll Ups (homemade)<\/a><\/li>\n
     • My all time Favorite: Paleo Crunch with berries <\/a><\/li>\n
     • Lara Bars or try these (homemade) Lara bars<\/a><\/li>\n
     • Checkout Paleo\u00a0Parents Pinterest board <\/a>for some great muffin recipes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
