Cajun Pasta<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/p>\n

• 3 Chicken Breasts<\/li>\n
• 2 Smoked Sausages or Kielbasa<\/li>\n
• 24oz Tomato sauce<\/li>\n
• 4 oz water<\/li>\n
• 1\/4 C. Onion, diced<\/li>\n
• 1\/2 C. Green pepper, diced<\/li>\n
• 1 Tbsp. Cajun Seasoning (we used Slap Ya’ Mama seasoning)<\/li>\n
• 1\/2tsp Sea Salt<\/li>\n
• 1\/2 tsp Black pepper<\/li>\n
• Zucchini<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Process:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Place chicken and sausage in a skillet, turn on medium heat and cover. Allow meat to cook until chicken is no longer pink (flip once).<\/li>\n
  • Dice Onion and Peppers.<\/li>\n
  • Shred Chicken and slice sausage.<\/li>\n
  • Add Onion and Peppers to the shredded meat and allow is to cook on low. (onions should be translucent.<\/li>\n
  • Add tomato sauce and seasonings. Cover and let simmer on low for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Zucchini Process:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Slice on zucchini with a mandolin or peeler (should be very thin).<\/li>\n
    • Bring a large pot of water and sea salt to a boil<\/li>\n
    • Add Zucchini to boiling water and allow it to cook for 2 minutes until it is tender but not falling apart.<\/li>\n
    • Serve Zucchini with Cajun Sauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
