Back To School Spiced Apple-Nut Bites

Looking for a quick, back to school snack? Something quick you can whip up for the kids when they come home?

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. Cashew Nut Butter Any Nut Butter Works
  • 1 tbsp. Applesauce
  • 1/4 tsp. Apple Pie Spice
  • 6 Dates (pitted)
  • 2 tbsp. Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

Instructions

  1. Place Dates, Cashew Nut Butter, Apple Pie Spice and Applesauce in a blender. Blend the ingredients together until smooth

  2. Place the batter onto parchment paper and pop it in the fridge for 5 minutes until it firms up. 

  3. Remove the batter from the fridge and form into bite sized balls. 

  4. Roll balls into coconut and serve!

  5. Store balls in covered container and store in the fridge.
